How can I obtain an invoice for my subscription?

To download your invoices, log in to your account and click on "Manage my subscription". In the new window, go to "Billing History" and click on the invoice you wish to download.

How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, go to "Manage my subscription" in your account. Then click on "Billing Information" and select "Update Information" to make the necessary changes.

How to unsubscribe?

To unsubscribe, go to "My account" - "My information" then click on "Manage my subscription". Your access will continue to run until its expiry date but will not be renewed.

How do I change my subscription plan?

To change your subscription plan, go to "My account" - "My information" then click on "Manage my subscription". Then on the new window click on "Change my plan".

Can I unsubscribe whenever I want?

All subscriptions paid for by credit card are subject to renewal on their expiry date. However, you can unsubscribe whenever you want in the "My account" - "My information" section. Your access will continue to run until its expiry date but will not be renewed.

Is there a discounted subscription?

Yes, we offer a discounted subscription for students, people under 25, and people on low incomes.

Can I pause my subscription?

It is not possible to pause subscriptions for the moment.

In which country is The Darkroom Rumour available?

The Darkroom Rumour is available worldwide in French and English!

How do I change my username?

Simply go to "My account" - "My information" then click on "Update my profile information".

How do I change my password?

To change your password, go to "My account" - "My information" then click on "Change password". You can then enter your new password.

Can several people share an account?

Subscriptions are individual. In case of simultaneous use, a message will inform you "Simultaneous viewing limit for your account has been reached." But don't panic, the block is temporary and will disappear after about ten minutes.

How do I choose my preferred language?

To choose French or English as the preferred language, click on FR or EN in the lower left corner on internet or in the menu on tablets and phones.

I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

To connect to your account, click on the "Connect" icon then enter your address and password.
