Choose a duration (6 months, 1 year, or 2 years), write a message, and select an image. You can either:

• Send it by email to the recipient, right away or on a specific date,
• or download a printable PDF with a unique code to offer in person.

It depends on how you choose to give the gift:

• If you send it by email, the recipient receives a gift card with your message, plus an activation link/button to activate the subscription.
• If you choose the PDF option, you (the buyer) download a gift PDF with a code (and activation instructions): you can print it to give it in person, or send it yourself (by email, post, etc.).

You’ll get a confirmation email with your order details, plus a copy of the gift link or PDF for your records.

If you can no longer find your activation email, you can always find your voucher code on your personal account page.

It starts from the date of activation, not the date of purchase.

The link is valid for one year from the purchase date.
If it isn’t activated within that time, the gift is passed on — with care — to someone who can’t afford a subscription, as part of our Solidarity Programme.

Yes, a personal account is needed to activate the subscription and enjoy full access.

No problem — they can simply log in and activate the gift.

No problem — their subscription will be extended by the gifted duration.

They can still activate the gift. The gifted time will apply to their account with no interruption of access.

Yes. If someone receives more than one gift, the durations add up on the same account.

No. When the gifted period ends, the recipient receives an email inviting them to continue with their own payment method if they wish.

First, ask them to check their spam/junk folder.

Then:

• If you have an account, you can find your gift in My Account → Gift subscriptions and download the gift PDF to send it yourself.
• If you don’t have an account, you can download the gift PDF from the confirmation email we sent you as the buyer.

If needed, contact us — we’ll help you resend it.

Yes, as long as the gift hasn’t been activated.

But the simplest (and fastest) option is often to download the gift PDF and send it yourself:

• from your account (My Account → Gift subscriptions), or
• from the confirmation email we sent you (the PDF can be downloaded there).
