The discomfort of the hide, patience, hypoxia, extreme climatic conditions... such is the price to pay for these magical moments. Withstanding both the elements and doubt is no mean feat. A philosophical exercise perfectly mastered by breeders on the high plateaux. At the end of the quest, the Grail: the "ghost of the mountains" materializes in the two photographers' lenses.
